AM Digital Intelligence, LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Cracked mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app.
We collect information you provide directly: your email address when you create an account, platform credentials you choose to store for automated monitoring (encrypted at rest using AES-256), and your watch preferences including products, restaurants, and classes you choose to track.
We use your information to operate the monitoring service, send push notifications when watched items become available, improve our drop prediction algorithms, and communicate service updates. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Platform credentials you store in Cracked are encrypted using AES-256 and stored in the iOS Keychain on your device. Credentials are only used to authenticate with platforms on your behalf for booking and checkout. We never transmit unencrypted credentials over the network.
Cracked integrates with third-party platforms (retailers, restaurant booking services, and fitness studios) to check availability on your behalf. When you use visual search, images are processed by Google Cloud Vision and are not stored after processing. We use Apple Push Notification service to deliver alerts to your device.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Watch history and monitoring data are retained for 90 days. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
You can access, update, or delete your personal information at any time through the app settings. To request complete data deletion, contact us at the email address below.
